IEEE Day Planning:

A significant part of the discussion was about the upcoming IEEE Day. The team created a structured plan for posts leading up to and during the event, highlighting promotions, member participation, and real-time updates. Roles and deadlines were assigned for smooth execution.

Social Media Responsibilities:  

Team members were assigned specific social media accounts to manage, ensuring consistent updates. A clear workflow was established for posting schedules and responsibilities, promoting coordinated communication across platforms.

Idea Submission :

A shared Google Sheet was introduced to facilitate content planning. Team members can upload ideas for posts, enhancing collaboration and creativity while keeping the team aligned.
