The IEEE Student Branch, RKGIT, organized a highly insightful and skill-enhancing workshop titled “Scholars’ Pen: IEEE Workshop on Research Writing.”

The session focused on strengthening students’ abilities to craft impactful research papers, technical reports, and academic manuscripts.

 

The workshop was conducted by Mr. Pulkit Kapoor, a distinguished

• Data Scientist at InfoEdge India Pvt. Ltd., and

• Alumnus of IIT Patna (M.Tech.),

who brought valuable real-world experience and academic understanding to the participants.

 

Through this session, attendees learned essential strategies for structuring research papers, choosing impactful topics, maintaining academic integrity, and presenting technical content with clarity. The workshop aimed to help students enhance their research potential and prepare them for future academic and professional endeavors.

 

The event took place on 09 October 2025 at the Seminar Hall (D-Block), beginning at 10:00 AM onwards, and witnessed enthusiastic participation from students across various branches.

 

This workshop served as a significant step in building a strong research culture at RKGIT, empowering students to express ideas confidently in the academic world.
