IEEE GJU WIE Road map/ Event preparation 

In our first meeting as board members of the Women in Engineering Club, we started by introducing ourselves and getting to know each other. Then, we dove into brainstorming ideas for a breast cancer awareness event. After discussing several options, we decided on hosting a “Pink Carnival” event. The carnival will feature entertainment and games, where students can participate by paying 1 JOD per game. All proceeds collected will be donated to the King Hussein Cancer Center in Amman, Jordan, supporting their vital work in cancer treatment and research.

Planning Wie Road Map:

In the second half of the meeting, we focused on planning a roadmap and defining the vision for the Women in Engineering Club for this semester. Together, we developed a clear and detailed plan for the next 12 months, outlining our goals and the initiatives we want to accomplish to support and empower women in engineering throughout the year.
