Meeting Report – IEEE Sup’Com SB x IEEE ISET’Com SB

IEEE Sup’Com Student Branch held a coordination meeting with IEEE ISET’Com SB to plan Part 1 of the IEEE Day 2025 celebration. The discussion focused on event structure, collaboration logistics, and task distribution between the two branches. The planned activities include sportive games such as volleyball, basketball, and biking in partnership with Medius, Sup’Bike, and ACM Sup’Com, followed by a technical workshop titled “AI and Software Engineering” presented by Grzegorz Banczak from Medius. The meeting concluded with a clear action plan and strong enthusiasm from both teams to deliver a successful and engaging IEEE Day event.
