Board of Directors Meeting IEEE Student Branch UChile

The Board of Directors of the IEEE Student Branch at the University of Chile held a coordination meeting to finalize all logistical preparations for IEEE Day 2025. Topics included confirmation of missing materials (cups, thermos), diploma design and printing, inventory management, and setup plans for the event in Room B04. Specific teams were assigned to handle leadership and talks (WIE, Daryl, Nicolás), diffusion and decoration, logistics, audiovisual support, assembly, and cleaning. External coordination tasks were also discussed, including invitations to other IEEE branches and attendee registration through an online form.
