IAS Connect : Building Bridges, Strengthening Bonds

In celebration of “IEEE DAY 2025”, the IEEE NSU Industry Applications Society Student Branch Chapter successfully hosted an enriching event titled “IAS Connect: Building Bridges, Strengthening Bonds” on 8 October 2025 at NAC211. This event was brought to life to introduce the new Executive Body of 2025-2026, discuss the future plan for the Student Branch Chapter, and listen to its members’ needs.

The session officially began at 6:20 PM with an opening speech by Md. Fahim Foysal, Vice Chair (Activity), welcomed participants and shared the purpose of the event. The newly formed Executive Panel was introduced, followed by discussions on past achievements, future plans, and ways to strengthen member engagement.

Each functional team delivered its team presentation introducing its team officers, volunteers, roles, and responsibilities to the present attendees. The EBs then asked each team what their future plan or wants were for the improvement of the IEEE NSU IAS SBC

A lively, fun segment added energy to the evening, fostering interaction and teamwork among members.

The session concluded at 7:40 PM with an inspiring speech from Joy Chandra Roy, Chairperson of IEEE NSU IAS SBC, and a group photo capturing the spirit of unity and enthusiasm.
