Join us for “Innovate for Impact”, an inter-university online Ideathon organized by the IEEE Women in Engineering (WIE) Affinity Group in collaboration with the IEEE Computer Society Student Branch of XIM University.

Theme: Leveraging Technology for a Better Tomorrow

Event Timeline:
  • Registrations Open till: October 17, 2025
  • Abstract Submission Deadline: October 17, 2025
  • Final Pitch: October 18, 2025
How it Works?
  • Participants will have be required to develop a solution and prepare a presentation outlining their idea, feasibility, limitations, advantages, and social impact.
  • The top team/participant will be shortlisted for the Final Pitch Round held online.

Submission Guidelines:

Teams are required to submit a concise abstract outlining their idea, problem statement, proposed solution, and feasibility. The abstract will form the basis for shortlisting teams for the next round. 

The abstract must be submitted in PDF format only.
File name format: TeamName_Ideathon2025.pdf

Maximum file size: 10 MB
Maximum length: 200 words
Font: Times New Roman, Size 12, Line spacing 1.
Margins: 1 inch on all sides.

The PDF must include the following sections:

  1. Team Details – Team name, members’ full names, university/organization, and contact email.
  2. Problem Statement – Clearly define the real-world challenge your team aims to address.
  3. Proposed Solution – Describe your idea or concept, including its key features and approach.
  4. Innovation & Feasibility – Explain how your solution is unique, practical, and impactful.
  5. Technology Stack (if applicable) – Mention tools, frameworks, or technologies you plan to use.
