IEEE DAY

The IEEE Student Branch organized an inspiring IEEE Day celebration to commemorate the spirit of innovation, technology, and collaboration that IEEE stands for. The event began with a warm welcome address and an introduction to IEEE, its mission, and the immense role it plays in advancing technology for the benefit of humanity. The participants, including students and faculty members, gathered with great enthusiasm to be a part of this special occasion.

The highlight of the celebration was an expert talk by Dr. Mahesh Kumar K. M.,Manager-Information Security Engineer Jio Platforms Ltd., Navi Mumbai , who delivered an insightful session on the topic “Artificial Intelligence and Cybersecurity: Safeguarding the Future.” Dr. Mahesh shared his profound knowledge about the growing significance of artificial intelligence in the field of cybersecurity. He discussed how AI is being leveraged to detect, prevent, and respond to cyber threats more efficiently, thereby shaping a safer digital future.
