Participation in IEEE Oman SYP 2025

The IEEE Shinas Student Branch proudly participated in the IEEE Oman Student and Young Professional (SYP) Congress 2025, an event that brought together student branches and young professionals from across Oman to exchange knowledge, ideas, and experiences. Students from the branch showcased three innovative projects, taking part in both the Poster Competition and the Undergraduate Project Competition. Their hard work and creativity were rewarded when one of the projects won first place in the Undergraduate Project Competition, marking a significant achievement for the branch.

In addition to the competitions, the participating students also attended several technical and professional workshops held alongside the congress. These sessions covered topics such as leadership, innovation, emerging technologies, and career development, providing students with valuable insights and skills for their future engineering careers. The participation of IEEE Shinas Student Branch in this national event reflected their commitment to excellence, collaboration, and continuous learning within the IEEE community.
