Publishing within IEEE: Soup to Nuts

As part of IEEE Day, we will present a combined talk to the IEEE Graduate Student Body (GSB) community, discussing publishing within IEEE from beginning to end, starting with Prof. Paul R. Berger, who launched two new IEEE journals and is Editor-in-Chief, and Ruth Wolfish, who works for IEEE Xplore, the forum where all IEEE papers are published and warehoused.
