Responsibilities:
✔ Write the IEEE Day proposal and define the vision, goals, and execution plan.
✔ Appoint the organizing committee with support from IEEE Staff.
✔ Lead and preside over regular committee meetings to ensure alignment and progress.
✔ Ensure a smooth transition of information, materials, and best practices to the next committee.
✔ Represent IEEE Day at global IEEE events and maintain high-level collaborations.

Responsibilities:
✔ Oversee all IEEE Day volunteers operational activities, including communication, events, contests, and the Ambassador Program.
✔ Perform all functions of the Chair in their absence or upon request.
✔ Propose, develop, and help execute new initiatives to enhance IEEE Day’s impact.

Responsibilities:
✔ Oversee IEEE Day’s branding, website, marketing, and design initiatives.
✔ Ensure a consistent and impactful brand identity across all IEEE Day platforms.
✔ Perform all functions of the Chair in their absence or upon request.
✔ Propose and execute new initiatives to strengthen IEEE Day’s branding and outreach.

✓ Overview the organization of the celebrations
✓ Contact person between the core team and IEEE
✓ Handle the budget of IEEE Day and the needed transactions

Responsibilities:
✔ Define and implement the IEEE Day Ambassadors’ Program.
✔ Recruit, train, and manage Regional Leads globally.
✔ Act as the main contact between the IEEE Day core team and Regional Leads.
✔ Support Regional Leads in promoting IEEE Day activities in their areas.
✔ Monitor ambassador performance and engagement levels.

Responsibilities:
✔ Contact IEEE Regional Directors, Affinity Groups, Societies, and Organizational Units (OUs) to encourage event participation.
✔ Promote IEEE Day events within their region and ensure local engagement.
✔ Actively participate in IEEE Day social media platforms and discussions.
✔ Promote IEEE membership benefits and encourage new members to join IEEE.
✔ Support the recruitment of future IEEE Day Regional Leads.

Responsibilities:
✔ Coordinate IEEE Day activities and celebrations at the country level.
✔ Work with local IEEE Sections, Student Branches, and Affinity Groups to encourage participation.
✔ Promote IEEE Day through national IEEE platforms and events.
✔ Ensure smooth communication between regional teams and the core IEEE Day team.

✓ Write and promote IEEE Day publications

✓ Overview of the IEEE Day Events
✓ Define and share the Events map details and rules
✓ Choose and maintain the Events map platform
✓ Overview the IEEE Day Contest
✓ Define and share the contest details and rules
✓ Choose and maintain the Contest platform

✓ Design and share all IEEE Day promotional prints
✓ Design and share the IEEE Day Toolkit

✓ Create and share IEEE Day promotional videos

✓ Design and maintain the IEEE Day website

Responsibilities:
✔ Connect with IEEE Sections, Student Branches, Affinity Groups (e.g., WIE, YP), and Chapters to promote IEEE Day events.
✔ Actively engage in IEEE Day social media platforms to share updates and ideas.
✔ Assist in organizing and promoting local IEEE Day activities.
✔ Encourage event registration via IEEE vTools and track participation.
✔ Earn the IEEE Day badge by actively participating in IEEE Collabratec challenges.
✔ Support IEEE Day marketing campaigns and help increase visibility.
✔ Participate in Ambassador meetings and training sessions.
✔ Promote IEEE membership to potential new members and existing IEEE members.
✔ Provide regular updates to the IEEE Regional Lead and IEEE Day team.
