IEEE DAY 2025

IEEE Student Branch of Nawab Shah Alam Khan College of Engineering and Technology celebrated IEEE Day 2025 with great enthusiasm and unity. The event commenced with a presentation on how IEEE was founded and its global impact on technology and innovation.

Following this, the session highlighted how the IEEE Student Branch was established at our college, appreciating the efforts of previous teams who contributed to its growth. The event then showcased all the past leadership teams—Chairs, Vice Chairs, Secretaries, and Treasurers—recognizing their dedication and service.

A proud moment followed with the introduction of the IEEE SB 2025 Executive Committee:

• Vice Chair: Mohammed Shaik Sahil

• Secretary: Masooma Fatima

• Treasurer: Mohammed Maaz Ashraf

The celebration continued with a cake-cutting ceremony joined by our Branch Counsellor, Dr. Sanaullah Qaseem Sir, symbolizing togetherness and continuity of the IEEE spirit.

An interactive quiz competition was then conducted using Kahoot, featuring questions related to Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Programming, and IEEE knowledge. Participants engaged actively, and winners were awarded medals and certificates for their achievements.

The event concluded with a sense of pride and inspiration, reflecting the true motto of IEEE — Advancing Technology for Humanity.
