IEEE Day Celebration 2024
The illustrious IEEE Day celebration has arrived in Athens, marking a momentous occasion for the academic and technological communities alike. With immense pride and honour, the NTUA Student Branches cordially hosted this open event, inviting members of the university community to explore and engage with the vibrant world of IEEE. Enthusiastic participants from across the community gathered to enjoy an engaging presentation that showcased the dynamic activities of our Student Branch, all while savoring a delightful assortment of coffee, snacks, and refreshments.
The event’s schedule was thoughtfully curated to offer a comprehensive glimpse into the myriad opportunities that IEEE presents. Attendees were treated to an expansive overview of IEEE’s global initiatives, followed by an in-depth exploration of our own Student Branch’s innovative projects and collaborative endeavors. The program also highlighted the remarkable contributions of our esteemed chapters—Computer Society (CS), Robotics and Automation Society (RAS), Engineering in Medicine and Biology Society (EMBS), Power & Energy Society (PES), and Communications Society (ComSoc)—each a beacon of excellence in its respective field.
