IEEE DAY CELEBRATION 2025: Group Discussion – Engineering for a Sustainable Future

Panimalar Engineering College in association with IEEE, IEEE Women in Engineering, IEEE Computer Society, IEEE VTS, IEEE SSIT, IEEE CAS, and Institutions Innovation Council (IIC) organized an event “IEEE DAY CELEBRATION 2025: Group Discussion – Engineering for a Sustainable Future” on 9th October 2025 from 9 AM to 9 PM (IST). The event was conducted virtually, engaging around 30 participants in insightful discussions on how engineering innovations can drive sustainability. Participants shared their perspectives on eco-friendly technologies, renewable energy solutions, and the role of engineers in achieving a greener future. The event was convened by Dr. S. Rajkumar, HOD/ECE, and coordinated by Mr. M. Arun, AP/ECE, along with student coordinators Mythili S. K., Tharunika S., and Subhaasri P.
