IEEE DAY Celebration

The IEEE Day celebration was a momentous occasion for the IEEE Student Branch of College of Engineering Thalassery. Held on October 1st, the event was a testament to the branch’s commitment to promoting technological innovation and excellence. Inauguration and Cake-Cutting Ceremony The celebration commenced with the recitation of the IEEE Code of Ethics, emphasizing the importance of professionalism and integrity in the field of technology. This was followed by a cake-cutting ceremony, marking the official inauguration of the IEEE Day celebration.
 
As part of the celebration, a UI/UX workshop was conducted, providing students with a comprehensive introduction to the fundamentals of user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) design. The workshop was interactive, with students participating in design thinking exercises and group discussions.
 
The primary objective of the IEEE Day celebration was to inspire students to take on leadership roles and effectively manage teams. The event aimed to foster a sense of community among students, encouraging them to collaborate and innovate. The event witnessed enthusiastic participation from 35+ students, who actively engaged in the UI/UX workshop and other activities. The celebration was a resounding success, reflecting the branch’s dedication to promoting technological innovation and excellence.
