A welcoming setup was successfully held on Tuesday, October 7th, at Phoenicia University Campus to promote the importance of IEEE membership among students. During the event, we introduced new students to the benefits of joining IEEE and encouraged them to become IEEE members.

To attract engagement, we prepared a variety of promotional items including pens, keychains, posters, brochures, and stickers. Additionally, we showcased small educational experiments and demonstrations to give students a hands-on understanding of basic electronics and programming concepts.

Students who passed through the booth also had a chance to win a beginner friendly Arduino Kit.
