Learning, Leading, and Collaborating – IEEE ENETCOM SB at the R8 Training Camp

The officers of the  continued their participation in the IEEE Region 8 Student Branch Volunteers Training Camp with Session 2: “Collaboration in Action.” This session focused on developing teamwork and leadership abilities to strengthen the impact of volunteer groups.

Participants gained valuable insights into effective collaboration techniques, including setting shared goals, building trust, and coordinating responsibilities efficiently. They also explored tools and best practices for managing projects and maintaining motivation within teams. This session provided our officers with practical skills and strategies that will help enhance productivity, cohesion, and engagement within the IEEE ENETCOM Student Branch.
