Meeting Summary:
The meeting was held between the WIE, PES, CS, and Main Branch teams to plan for IEEE Day 2024. During the meeting, tasks and responsibilities were assigned to each team.

Tasks Assigned to WIE Team:

• WIE was represented by Chairperson Razan Al-Sarairah and Vice Chair Malak Hbashneh.
• WIE was tasked with organizing the booths for the event.
• It was agreed that WIE would be responsible for communicating with students to inform them about the details of IEEE Day.

Recommendations and Follow-Up:

• Follow up on the organization and setup of the booths to ensure readiness on the event day.
• Start communicating with students immediately to provide them with event details.
