Preparatory meeting for IEEE Day TRIP

The officers of IEEE ENICARTHAGE SB held a strategic meeting to meticulously plan the trip scheduled for October 6, 2024, to Châat Zouaraa, Béja, as part of the IEEE Day festivities. The objective of this meeting was to outline a clear and structured program, ensuring an enriching and memorable experience for all participants.

During the session, the members discussed various organizational aspects, including transportation logistics, departure and return schedules, and the activities planned on-site. Particular attention was given to selecting the locations to visit and preparing engaging and educational activities aligned with IEEE’s values and the spirit of IEEE Day.

The officers also worked on drafting a detailed budget that covered transportation, catering, and other logistical needs. Simultaneously, they developed a task list to distribute responsibilities among the team members, ensuring smooth and efficient coordination.

Additionally, measures were considered to guarantee the safety and comfort of participants throughout the trip, including designating meeting points, providing clear instructions, and ensuring proper supervision.
