IEEE Day Planning: Finalizing Trivia, Budget, and Roles

We held an online meeting to finalize the outline for the trivia questions, discuss the prizes, and determine how we will present this year’s goals during IEEE Day. Additionally, we revisited the budget due to recent changes and reassigned roles accordingly.

• Layan, as the chair, oversaw all technical aspects related to the IEEE Student Branch at PSUT and supervised the overall planning.

• Tala took charge of contacting suppliers to source the necessary materials.

• Tolan conducted research to curate the trivia questions and explored potential hands-on challenges to enhance participant engagement.

All tasks were coordinated under Layan’s supervision to ensure smooth execution.
