IEEE HASHEMITE UNIVERSITY RAS – Second RAS Officers Meeting

The second meeting of the IEEE HU RAS team convened to brainstorm and distribute tasks among the team members and their projects for IEEE Day 2023.

Topics: 

• BrainStorming:

  The meeting had the officers brainstorm ideas to present on IEEE Day 2023 and negotiate the possibilities of the ideas presented by the IEEE HU RAS officers.

• Distributing tasks:

   The meeting of the IEEE HU RAS team proceeded with the distribution of tasks among the team members; each officer was assigned a specific task to be responsible for based on their skills and knowledge field.

• Projects planning:

One of the crucial aspects of any project is planning how to make it, having a plan laid out for the team members to work on and determining the aspects needed for the projects to be presented

• Determining logistics and electronics needed:

For any project to be made, some material is needed for it to be completed, so we carried on by determining exactly what is needed for every project to be finished at the best quality possible.
